Delivery Policy
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right
to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed
by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase

Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood
the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact

and obligations to take note of before purchasing:
1) Printed Goods cannot be cancelled or returned unless Printed Goods are supplied
defective as a direct result of error on the Provider's side. Please read our
policy on refunds/returns and also read Proofing below.
2) Hardware will gladly be exchanged if found to be defective as a result of
manufacturing error.
Refunds/returns and Exchange Policy
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for
a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any
such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.
Hardware Goods may be cancelled, but not Printed Goods.Printed goods:
We unfortunately cannot accept returns or cancelations on any printed items
sold on the site due to the nature of the products.
These products include:
1) Any material with printing involved, either with artwork supplied or artwork
created by the Provider.
2) All printed goods are provided after a confirmed colour proof. (See "Proofing"
for a complete description)
3) If supplied goods are supplied that do not match confirmed, signed proofs,
the Provider shall at their own expense reprint and where necessary, refit the
Printed goods.
4) Refitting only applies to any Hardware Goods supplied by the Provider, and
do not extend to any third party application or involvement, such as but not
limited to, rigging or delivery. It remains the customer's duty to ensure that
items are correct before proceeding with any third-party involvement such as
rigging, etc.
5) Defective Printed Goods must be returned prior to replacement.Hardware Goods
1) Defective goods must be reported to the Providers within seven working days
from confirmed receipt.
2) Notification must be made in writing to the providers via fax or e-mail.
3) A Provider representative will contact the Customer within 72 hours to confirm
the notification, and to asses further action needed to resolve any refund/return
or exchange issue.
4) Goods will be replaced if found to be defective and courier fees will be
paid for by the Provider, for both the return and delivery.
5) Defective goods must be returned prior to replacement.
Proofing
1) All artwork either supplied by the Customer or provided by the Provider is
subject to confirmation and signing off by the Customer before commencement
of any order.
2) Initial drafts (considered work-in-process) will be delivered electronically
via fax or e-mail.
3) Once satisfied with the electronic proof, the Customer is required to confirm
electronic proof by return e-mail confirmation or faxing.
4) A actual, hard copy proof (printed proof) will be posted via Courier to the
Customer for final confirmation on colour. This is a free service for the first
proof only. Subsequent hard copy proofs will be billed for, according to destination
and will be charged for at courier cost.
5) The Customer is required to confirm the unique HardCopyCode Number (HCC#)
as proof of delivery and acceptance of artwork and any details relating to the
artwork and order such as colour, lay-out, text details, size, quantity and
material.
6) Quoting the HCC# via fax, email or SMS will conclude the proofing procedure
and printing will commence.
7) Repeat orders with no changes will not require any HCC# confirmation.Payment
Options
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We accept credit
card payments via the website and on request will supply our banking details

Security Policy
1. Virtual Card Services process all credit card transactions. All credit card
transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The company registration
documents and the site's registered domain name are checked and verified by
Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS
to obtain confidential information.
2. Virtual Card Services is committed to providing secure online services. All
encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect
the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions.
Virtual Card Services Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion
detection systems.
3. The Merchant does not have access to credit details.
4. Virtual Card Services continually reviews and enhances its security in line
with technological changes.
Monitoring
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content
associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these
Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which
may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating

Law
The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any
dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and
